DOREE+ Unfold
Unfoldwhat your data actually says.
You know what your asset cost. Do you also know what falls due over the next five years, what is overdue, and where each of those figures comes from?
First the lists
An asset is a handful of lists.
The three that every asset needs. Today they sit in spreadsheets, in email attachments and with the property manager, and nowhere side by side.
CapEx list
Every planned investment with its trade, its yearly slice and the finding it came from.
Expert reports and maintenance list
Surveyor reports per installation, with inspection intervals and deadlines, maintenance contracts and records — without asking the property manager.
Rent roll
Who, how many square metres under which measurement standard, and how much rent per square metre. Overviews for optimisation, accurate to the day.
And the lists you will need tomorrow.
For us a list is a structure, not a module with its own invoice. New ones are added without anything changing in the model. And the best part: the reports and lists update themselves as the documents do.
ESG and EU taxonomycoming shortly
Criteria per asset, aggregated across the fund. Coming shortly.
Building condition report
The condition of each component over the years, with the same evidence as everything else.
Your own list
For us a list is a structure, not a module with its own invoice. New lists are added without the model changing.
Then the dashboard
The same lists, unfolded.
No dry column of figures and no long spreadsheet. Costs per year, open tickets, progress against the EU taxonomy. For the portfolio and for each individual asset.

88 of 100 entries lead back to a document, a page and a passage. The rest are recorded but not yet evidenced. That is the figure an outsourcing controller wants to see first.
Assets

In this demo FRA-01 is worked out down to the passage in the survey.
Behind these figures
The example portfolio, the eight assets and the surveyors' names are invented. What is real is the structure: this is how the lists, the links and the levels are organised in DOREE+ Unfold. The EU taxonomy check is coming shortly.
Why the figures hold
Every figure has an address.Document, page, passage.
Every entry is linked to its document, with the page and the passage. Audit-proof.
That is the difference between a figure somebody once typed in and a figure you can defend in front of the regulator, the buyer or the board.
And there is more, if you want it.
Everything here is in the same asset, in the same model, and without its own invoice. Nobody has to use it.
Ticketing
A finding becomes a task with a status, a priority and an owner.
Photo documentation
Condition as panorama, video and single shot, tagged and dated.
Linked documents
Every line in every list can point to a document, a page and a passage.

Billing is per asset.
