- Why does an additional user cost nothing?
- Because a data room is not software one person uses but a place where many people come together. The data room is what gets billed. Who goes into it is your decision, not a line on our invoice.
- What happens if the bidder field gets larger than planned?
- Nothing. You invite whoever the transaction needs. The price stays at 79 € a month per data room.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Not for the VDR. You pay monthly and you cancel monthly. Unfold runs from 12 months, because asset documentation is meant to span years.
- Where is the data held?
- In an ISO 27001 certified data centre in Germany. The AI features run there too, on local models. No document leaves the platform.
- What is not included in the price?
- Storage beyond 20 GB, and Unfold. Everything that is in the data room — Q&A, photo documentation, plans, versioning and watermarks — is included.
