The real estate and IT specialist x.project AG has recently strengthened its Technical Consulting and Accounting divisions with Christian Shenavai and Anna-Sophie Dietrich.<\/p>\n\n

Christian Shenavai completed his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at TU Darmstadt and is now working as a Technical Consultant at the company. During his studies, he completed several internships in the field of building technology with construction companies and was also active as a tutor for technical mechanics at the TU. He began his career as a construction manager at an international real estate company, where he had previously worked. As an infrastructure specialist, he complements the TDD and ESG team.<\/p>\n\n

Anna-Sophie Dietrich joined the Accounting department in August. She has a pedagogical education and several years of experience as an assistant in the investment team of a large real estate agency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

x.project AG recently presented the new cloud-based platform DOREE+ for technical real estate services. The name stands for Digital Optimization for Real Estate Experts. The core of the platform is the VDR+ data room, which for the first time makes permanent data storage of real estate assets commercially viable. New features include functional links and partially and fully automated work processes covering all aspects of real estate technology.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
