x.project AG has significantly expanded its business volume in 2020. The real estate specialist for technical and digital services and space surveys has managed properties totaling well over 1,000,000 square feet in the past year alone since expanding its board in 2019.<\/p>\n

The services implemented for mainly institutional property owners and investors include, in particular, technical due diligence (TDD) for the acquisition and sale of buildings as well as monitoring and construction quality control (BQ\u00dc). Other significant work included Technical Asset Management (TAM), building condition surveys, certifying leasable space, and other engineering services. ESG analyses were also new and in particularly high demand for the first time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tSince expanding our business activities in 2019 to include additional technical services, such as TDD, monitoring and TAM, our business has developed very dynamically. The number of our customers is continuously increasing and with it the number of employees and partners. I would like to highlight the ESG analyses developed together with our customers. Our objectified approach is in particularly high demand here.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The total of around 175 properties are located in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland and Spain. In terms of types of use, residential properties accounted for the largest share with 418,000 square meters. This was followed by retail properties with 307,000 square meters and office buildings with 263,000 square meters. The remainder fell to logistics and industry, hotel and care properties.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tDespite the pandemic, we got off to a very good start in 2021 and were already able to implement orders for properties with an area of over 100,000 square meters in the first 2 weeks or so. Added to this is our new interdisciplinary platform x.DD for all technical services related to real estate. Initial discussions with customers indicate a very good market uptake and we are in initial contract negotiations for use.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The company has been on the market with its new interactive platform x.DD since December 2020.
